Sometimes you get an unexpected view of current events.  Other times you just want to preserve pieces of your own recollection.  Here is a small assortment of such items.

The Farm Family Adventures – 1950s & 1960s
The school calendar leaves out the summer months.  My parents had three boys to manage and entertain for most of 20 years.  They took advantage of family resources and added several special opportunities.

LWV Parade New York League of Women Voters – 1969 Parade

My grandmother and my mother were active members.  The League held a parade in Pelham to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 1919 constitutional amendment.


Star Wars IV Star Wars – A New Hope – May 1977
The first movie, the first day, the first showing in Boston –
and a rare souvenir program from the premiere.
