Bolton's American Armory lists John TUTHILL of Boston, Massachusetts:

Mary Tuthill relict of John Tuthill, died Sep-1704;
Altar tomb, Granary Burying Ground, Boston
Painted window in the Charlesgate Hospital, Boston
(Heraldic Journal, vol. 2, p. 132)

ARMS:
Azure, on a bend argent cottised or, a lion passant sable.
 
CREST:
A bird.

Note that the TUTHILL arms frequently carry a single gold stripe ('cottised or') on each side of the silver 'bend', while the TUTTLE arms more often carry two gold stripes ('doubly cottised or') on each side.
